PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ZPT GA3 TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BERBAGAI VARIETAS TANAMAN MARKISA (Phassiflora edulis) DI KECAMATAN SIBORONGBORONG TAPANULI UTARA

Abstract

The Effect of ZPT GA3 on the Growth of Various Passion Fruit (Phassiflo raedulis) Varieties in Siborongborong District, North Tapanuli. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of giving ZPT GA3 on the growth of various passion fruit varieties (Passiflora edulis). The research was carried out at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sisingamangaraja XII University Tapanuli, Pariksabungan Village, Siborongborong District, North Tapanuli, with an altitude of ±1400m above sea level. The research design used was separate plot design (RPT) with 2 factors consisting of: Main plot: passion fruit variety, V1: purple passion fruit variety, V2: sweet passion fruit/konyal variety, V3: yellow passion fruit variety, Sub plots: ZPTGA3 with 4 levels, namely: G0: without PGR, G1: ZPT GA3 (50 ppm) (5 ml), G2: ZPT GA3 (75 ppm) (7.5ml) G3: ZPT GA3 (100 ppm) (10 ml), thus obtained There were 12 treatment combinations and each treatment was repeated 3 times. Parameters observed were percentage of germination per plot (%), plant height per sample (cm), number of leaves per sample (strands), characteristics of each variety, root length per sample (cm), and plant weight (gr) per samples. The results showed that the treatment with ZPT GA3 on the growth of passion fruit varieties had a very significant effect on the percentage of germination per plot (%), plant height per sample (cm), number of leaves per sample (strands), root length per sample (cm), and Plant weight (gr) per sample.
