Test the effectiveness of Trichoderma harzianum against leaf spot disease (Cercospora coffeicola) and buffalo dung on the growth of coffee plant seedlings. The aim of the study was to determine the interaction effect of Trichoderma harzianum leaf spot disease (Cercospora coffeicola) and buffalo dung on the growth of coffee plant seedlings. Which was carried out in the experimental garden of Fak. Agriculture Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli University with an altitude of ± 14,000 masl. The design used in this study was a randomized block design (RBD). Which consists of 2 factorial with 3 replications. The first factor of buffalo manure symbol (k) consisted of 4 levels: k0 = 0 gr/plant (control), k1 = 250 gr/plant, k2 = 300 gr/plant, k3 = 350 gr/plant. The second factor symbol for Trichoderma harzianum (h) consists of 4 levels: h0 = 0 gr/plant, h1 = 15 gr/plant, h2 = 25 gr/plant, h3 = 35 gr/plant. Data were processed using ANOVA and followed by DMRT at 5% and 1% level. The results showed that the treatment combination k3 = 350 g/plant and h3 = 35 g/plant had the best effect on the parameters observed in the study, including: plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (mm), disease incidence (%) and disease severity (%). The results obtained in the study were that the application of trichoderma harzianum and buffalo manure had a very significant effect on plant height (8.75 cm), number of leaves (6.25 strands), leaf area (2.20 mm), disease incidence (1.38 %). . ) and disease severity (0.07%) in coffee seedlings.
