Response of Growth and Production of Potato Plants (Solanum Tuberosum L.) to the Administration of Boka Paitan and Botanical Pesticides. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of bokasi paitan fertilizer and vegetable pesticides and their interactions on the growth and production of potato plants. The research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli University (UNITA) Campus with an altitude of ± 1,400 m above sea level (asl). Using a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors Factor I: Bokasi Paitan symbol (P) 4 levels: P0 = (control), P1 = 1.5 kg/plot, P2 = 2.5 kg/plot, P3 = 3, 5 kg/plot. Factor II: Botanical Pesticide symbol (N) 4 level N0 = (control), N1 = Papaya Leaf Botanical Pesticide, N2 = Soursop Leaf Botanical Pesticide, N3 = Lemongrass Leaf Botanical Pesticide. Parameters observed for vegetative growth were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands) and generative growth, number of tubers per plot (fruit), tuber production per plot (g). The mathematical model is: Yijk = m + ri + Pj + Nk + (PN) jk + eijk. ANOVA test was carried out if the treatment showed significant differences in the observed variables and continued with the 5% level DMRT test and regression test using Excel Software. The results showed that the organic fertilizer bokasi paitan 3.5 kg/plot produced the highest and best results on plant height (53.73 cm), number of leaves (260.27 leaves) and vegetable pesticides of citronella leaves had a significant effect on plant height (57.23 cm), number of leaves ( 266.95 strands). The interaction between the combination of bokasi paitan treatment and vegetable pesticides had a significant effect on the number of tubers per plot (81.33 tubers), tuber production per plot (306.60 gr) resulting from the treatment of 3.5 kg/plot organic fertilizer bokasi paitan and citronella pesticides. The treatment of plant pesticides with papaya leaves, soursop leaves and citronella can suppress OPT attacks on potato plants.
